We’re not here to spam you, sell your data, or make you feel weird for signing up. We're here to connect great people with great opportunities in the outdoor industry—and protect your privacy while we’re at it.

What We Collect

When you register for Gather: Outside Festival or sign up for SMS alerts, we collect:

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Your email (if you give it to us)

• Your registration responses (e.g., Typeform sign-in)

That’s it. No creepy tracking. No selling your info.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Confirm you're in line

• Let you know when it's your turn

• Keep the festival running smoothly

• Share follow-up info if (and only if) you opt into more

If you don’t opt in to future messages, we won’t contact you again after the event. Pinky swear.

If you provide your number and check the box, you'll get a few event-related texts like:

• You’re in line

• You’re almost up
