Who It’s For:
Anyone who resonates with being a top-performer, an overachiever, or people pleaser. The person everyone else goes to with their side tasks, problems, and “fires”. The people who give their all to their job, their loved ones, but feel guilty taking time for themselves. For caregivers and parents, because the best way to teach your kiddos boundaries, is to model them yourself.

Workshop Description

This 90 minute offer is the bridge between feeling guilty about saying no, to becoming unapologetic about protecting your time and energy - without second guessing yourself.

From feeling like you always need to be available and on your best game, to feeling confident in your worth, without over-performing.

This workshop is for people pleasers, top-performers, and overachievers. It will give you the tools to learn how to start setting boundaries with yourself, your loved ones, and those in your workplace.

We’ll cover neuroscience-backed methods to build your confidence in saying no, and have an interactive portion to create scripts to use as you start your journey.

Key Takeaways

  • A clear framework on how to set a boundary.

  • Scripts to use when starting your journey.

  • Exercises to practice saying no that train your nervous system to see it as safe and essential.

  • Confidence in your worth, empowering you to stop over-giving and self-sacrificing.

Coach Spotlight:

Sophie McVickar

Sophie McVickar has spent most of her professional career transforming businesses from the inside out. Leveraging her innate ability to turn a glitter bomb into a highly functional operation, she served industries from healthcare and wellness, to tech and non-profit.

Always showing up as the golden employee, putting work above her own needs, she often found herself burnt out and sick. In 2019 Sophie adopted her soul dog Zeal, who modeled to her the importance of boundaries and fulfilling her own needs first. Fueled by the love for her dog, Sophie started her boundary setting journey, slowly reclaiming the life she once sacrificed for the good of her employer.

Sophie healed her burn out through boundaries and creating simple non-negotiables that support her in all seasons of life. Her modalities now support clients who consistently find themselves over-giving to others and betraying their own needs to serve loved ones and work. Using neuroscience-backed methods to empower people in their boundary setting journey, Sophie has created a sustainable and nervous system-safe framework that makes setting boundaries accessible to all.
