Equal parts supportive super-fan and get-sh*t-done accountability partner, Justine is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and former outdoor industry freelancer who helps creatives, freelancers, and small business owners build sustainable businesses and lives they love.
Since 2019, she has helped hundreds of freelancers land their dream clients, hit their income goals, and find the freedom they crave—especially those working within the outdoor industry. Drawing from seven years of experience as a freelance events producer in the action sports world, combined with extensive coach training and a deep obsession with all things business, Justine supports clients in developing both the mindset and the skillset needed to succeed.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her diving into books on the psychology of business, playing outside with her pup Wanaka, or getting her hands dirty in the garden.
