Gen is the creator and instructor of a Career Development course tailored specifically for outdoor and recreation professionals. She holds an MBA and PhD, with published research on workplace issues such as job satisfaction, burnout, and job stressors.

Eboni is a dynamic management professional with a deep-rooted passion for leadership, advocacy, and workforce development. With a background spanning nonprofit administration, program operations, policy, and partnerships, she has dedicated over a decade to conservation and academia, helping build systems that empower the next generation of leaders.
Beyond her professional work, Eboni serves as a Board Member for the Next 100 Coalition, Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Georgia Conservation Voters, Association for Outdoor Recreation and Education, and Justice Outside.
