She currently serves as Head of People & Culture at Ruffwear, a founder-led, global outdoor brand, where she leads the full employee lifecycle in a hybrid environment. Previously, Jill was Director of Global Operations at Slalom Consulting, overseeing distributed teams across four countries and supporting large-scale organizational growth and change. Earlier in her career at Alaska Airlines, she worked in talent and organizational development, contributing to major transformation initiatives.
As a mentor, Jill offers real-world perspective to those navigating leadership challenges, career decisions, interviews, and workplace dynamics.
