    1-3pm: Brands unload into venue

    3-4pm: Up to 200 VIP job seekers representing marginalized communities will receive exclusive early access, invited through partners like HBCUs Outside, Latinos Outdoor, and Adaptive Adventures

    4-6pm: Up to 1000 (staggered) registrants will network with exhibiting brands, career coaches, and each other in an alcohol free environment

    6-7pm: Event over, and brand clean-up/unloading begins

    8pm+: Unofficial after party - just ask!

  • We recommend bringing as many representatives as your participation category allows! At least 3 are recommended.

    The more folks come, the easier set up and tear down is for everyone, the more conversations can be had, AND the more community-centric your brand feels. 

    Folks definitely take note when humans are willing to show up after-hours because they value connection & believe that deeply in their culture. It’s a strong message.
