Tell Your Story In A Way That Actually Gets You Hired
What really happens when you’re asked to “tell me about yourself”?
In this interactive workshop, Pancho Gomez, ICF-credentialed career coach, we’ll help you rethink interview storytelling as both a science and an art. We'll cover the frameworks and the relational dynamics that make for memorable, impactful interviews.
Most people don’t struggle with experience… they struggle with how to talk about it in a way that's relevant and compelling to their interviewers.
Together, we’ll focus on how to translate your real work into clear, specific stories that reflect what you’ve done and the impact you’ve made. Through guided reflection and practical frameworks, you’ll learn how to structure your answers, communicate your value, and show up in interviews in a way that communicates you would be a great fit for the role and for the team.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the psychology and relational dynamics happening in an interview, language to describe your experience, and at least one fully developed story you can use in your next interview.
